Ferrit is New Zealand’s largest online shopping

• You can buy online on Ferrit using our new
Shopping Cart. Buy products from several retailers
in one transaction on Ferrit. If the retailer
doesn’t have a shopping cart on Ferrit you can click
on the ‘Buy at Retailer’ link to buy on their site
or easily find retailer store details to buy
in-store.
• We have a Secure Online Shop partnering with a
secure payment provider for safe and secure online
credit card transactions.

Who are we?
We are a small team of hard working people based in
Kingsland, Auckland working to bring New Zealanders
the best online shopping mall.
Where do we want to take Ferrit?
We want to offer customers the complete online
shopping experience – with a wide range of products
from trusted brands and retailers, fantastic support
information for helping make a purchase decision and
a shopping tool that makes everyone’s lives a little
easier.
For retailers we want to extend their reach to
customers and give them an easy and cost-effective
solution for offering their products to consumers
online. The site will allow them to be open all
hours and improve their customer relationships.
How did the idea for Ferrit come about?
Online shopping isn’t just the domain of CD’s, Books
and Games. Customers are researching, comparing and
buying products from high-end fashion items, to
appliances and even big ticket items like cars.
We launched the first phase of the Ferrit website on
the 28th of November, 2005. This first phase was all
about bringing together a huge number of New
Zealand’s best known and trusted Retailers into one
shopping environment online.
On the first phase of the site, customers were able
to search for new products amongst a catalogue of
over a million items, browse, compare and buy the
products if they chose to by clicking through to our
Retailers e-commerce sites. |
